Meet Kristen
Kristen is an honor graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe School of Pharmacy. She has experience as a functional medicine practitioner as well as working in hospital, chain, home infusion, chemotherapy, and independent pharmacies.
In 2010, she had personal health issues that led her down a path looking for a more holistic solution. Through her own health struggles it created a passion for helping others to achieve wellness and balance. .
Kristen has 12+ years of experience working in women’s health to aid in the achievement of optimal hormone balance, adrenal/thyroid health, and over-all wellness with customized Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
As a functional wellness coach/pharmacist, it is her desire to help people restore wellness by helping them with new lifestyle changes and finding the root cause of their illness/disorder(s). She has completed advance functional medicine coursework through The School of Applied Functional Medicine and is a certified functional medicine practitioner. .
Kristen is married and has 3 adult children. She enjoys running, strength-training, reading, missions, loving on her pets, and spending time with her family.
